This is a great deal all frugal Burquenos should know about! You can purchase many different kinds of delicious Polish pierogi (Kasia's Deli, Inc.) from EuroZone Food Distributors for only $ 3.90- 4.00 per package! One package (14 oz) includes 12 pre-cooked homemade pierogi made with all natural ingredients. It will easily serve as a dinner for two people (add some salad or sauce, fry them in onion, etc.). Last night I had the ones with spinach (so tasty!) and there are many other kinds: potato & cheese, potato & onion, potato & cheddar, potato & cheddar with jalapeno (yay!), potato & bacon, sauerkraut pierogi, cabbage, kraut & mushrooms and more! They are easy to prepare: just heat and serve :-) But don't overcook because it decreases their great quality. Something Gained, Something Lost.

Even though we didn't win the grand prize ($10,000 Best Buy gift card) in the Linksys Geek Dad Cool Contest, I'm happy they liked my entry and I became one of their finalists.  I was so much hoping we would win and upgrade our Zoe TV, especially after my husband's computer died the other day. After seeing him building his new machine at night, I do believe he is the coolest technology geek we know :-) He decided to order computer parts from newegg and put them together by himself. It basically cut our costs in half :-)

Good news is that as a finalist I received a wonderful prize package (worth about $450) from Linksys :-) It includes a wireless-N Range Extender, a 4-Port Dual-Band N Entertainment Bridge and a Maximum Performance Dual- Band N900 Router. Yeah, I didn't know what to do with them but our geek daddy knows what they are for and is going to use them all ! Thank you Linksys for the prize that will upgrade our technology system!
